Coming Material Test
Choosing suitable raw materials is the first step in manufacturing high-quality plant lights. We collaborate with carefully selected manufacturers for individual components, including LED chip manufacturers, LED packaging companies, PCB and resistor manufacturers. Before materials are stocked, they are inspected by dedicated personnel to ensure compliance. After acceptance, materials enter a specialized warehouse and are labeled and stored according to industry standards.
Semi-finished Test
The Semi-finished Test follows the installation of LED chips, checking for defects in soldering and assembly. Products with defects undergo strict recycling processes and do not proceed to the next stage. Feedback data from this step is used for equipment tuning.
Color Test
The spectrum is the most significant difference between full-spectrum grow lights and normal lighting, thus verifying this is critical. We use spectrometers to confirm that the output light spectrum satisfies design standards, particularly in the red and blue regions. All checks are performed in an independent spectral laboratory outfitted with safety equipment to safeguard our expert testing team. To ensure spectral integrity, products with aberrant red and blue peaks are subjected to additional LED chip, alignment, and soldering quality inspections.
Qualified products undergo waterproof treatment. ICEVER grow lights have an IP65 waterproof rating, achieved through complete coating using spraying equipment. During the application of the nano waterproof layer, we strictly control the range, transparency, and thickness of the waterproof material to minimize light decay while ensuring effective waterproofing.
After all operations are completed, the goods are light tested to determine crucial characteristics such as PPFD, PPF, and PPE, confirming that they satisfy the initial design criteria and advertised values. The parameters provided on our website are the result of comprehensive testing data that has been averaged after outliers have been removed.
The Temperature and Humidity Test occurs simultaneously with the Parameter Test, aimed at determining whether the actual heat release of the product is abnormal under standard voltage.
Final quality checks are conducted on the products to prevent damage during testing.
